Consortium partners of the EU funded TIMEPAC project met in Alicante on the 22nd and 23rd of March 2023 to mark the 20th general meeting of the project and discuss future scenarios to improve and enhance building Energy Performance Certification.
The meeting was hosted by CYPE, partner of the project responsible for leading activities on advanced methods and tools for holistic energy renovation of buildings (i.e: BIM).
The meeting marked and important milestone in the project. The partnership is working hard to understand how best to define its online training platform for future building experts across Europe – the TIMEPAC Academy. It is also working on how to verify the enhanced Energy Performance Certificates in the context of a Building Renovation Passport and the European performance of buildings directive recast of the European Union.
TIMEPAC is keen to hear the voices of building experts across Europe to better understand the knowledge gaps in building performance assessment skills and how to fill them, by inviting experts to take part in the TIMEPAC Survey.
